Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?

We ship primarily to the United States and Europe. Other destinations may be available depending on the item.
How long does shipping take?

Total delivery time is typically 5–8 business days (production + shipping). Delivery times may vary by destination and during peak periods.
Do you provide tracking?

When available, we’ll email a tracking link once your order ships.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, and import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. If it has already shipped, changes may not be possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?

What if my package is returned to sender?

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it wasn’t collected, we can re-ship it once it returns. Additional shipping costs may apply.

We start production quickly. If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we’ll do our best to help. Once an item is in production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

No, unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Minor color differences may occur due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.
Items are packaged to protect them in transit. Packaging may vary depending on the product and shipping destination.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Because items are made to order, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong size, or general dissatisfaction not related to a defect).
What payment methods do you accept?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.
In most cases, you won’t need to return the item. We will confirm after reviewing your claim.
