5. Order Acceptance
Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, technical issues, or obvious errors (including pricing errors).
7. Made-to-Order Production
Many items are produced on demand after purchase. For this reason, once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately at weare@boldhousestudio.com.
9. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Minor color differences may occur due to monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and printing processes. Such minor variations are not considered defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or force majeure. Our liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the total amount paid for that order, except where prohibited by law.

2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
4. Prices & Currency
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you complete payment. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price displayed at the time you place your order will apply.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not store full payment card details.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We ship primarily to the United States and Europe. Total delivery time is typically 5–8 business days (production + shipping), but this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delivery times may vary due to destination, peak periods, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
10.1 Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you may request a replacement or refund. To submit a claim, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
your order number, and
clear photos of the issue and the packaging.
We will review your claim and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or refund. In most cases, the item does not need to be returned.
10.2 Change of Mind (Buyer’s Remorse)
Because items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including (but not limited to) ordering the wrong size or no longer wanting the item.
10.3 Consumer Rights (EEA/UK)
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country. If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK and believe you have a statutory right to withdraw, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will assess your request in line with applicable law.

All artworks, images, text, branding, and content on this website are owned by or licensed to Bold House di Jean Philippe Vaquier and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Seller’s place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country.
